Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred but not required.
• At least three years of experience as Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high performance standards.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software (ERP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy by tracking all incoming and outgoing shipments and updating records.
• Schedule and coordinate staff activities (receiving, stocking, loading/unloading, shipping).
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
• Plan warehouse layout and storage locations according to workflows and procedures.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols for handling loads and hazardous materials.
