Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Kuwait City is hiring a Front Office Guest Relations Agent. You will greet guests warmly, ensure VIP and special guests receive a seamless, personalized experience from arrival to departure, and assist with check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and courtesy.

Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements with relevant departments, maintain updated guest profiles in the PMS for loyalty building, and handle inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Ensure VIP and special guests receive a seamless, personalized experience from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements including room preferences, special requests, and amenities with relevant departments.
• Maintain updated guest profiles in the property management system for future reference and loyalty building.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring processes are efficient and courteous.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and diplomatically.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Concierge, Room Service and Security to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct VIP room inspections to ensure readiness and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful touches to enhance the experience.
• Support Front Office in administrative tasks, reporting, and daily operations while upholding service standards.
