Job summary

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Talent Development Senior Specialist. The position supports planning, coordinating, and delivering talent development and learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and onboarding for new joiners and early‑career talent.

The role involves coordinating end‑to‑end learning initiatives, researching training options, managing logistics, and maintaining HRIS records to measure outcomes and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management is required.
• Experience or interest in talent development and learning programs.
• Strong coordination and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the assessment of training and development needs through feedback, surveys, and business requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing the annual training plan and maintain the training calendar.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs including employee, leadership, digital, and future-skills initiatives.
• Research and recommend training programs, providers, and development solutions based on needs.
• Coordinate training logistics including nominations, registrations, venues, materials, trainers, communications, and other program requirements.
• Support induction and onboarding programs for new joiners, including schedules and materials.
