stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Talent Development Senior Specialist . In this role, you will be Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Talent Development and Learning programs to enhance employee capabilities, support new joiners and early-career talent, and ensure effective implementation of learning initiatives aligned with stc’s business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Support the assessment of training and development needs through employee feedback, surveys, discussions with managers, and business requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual training plan and maintain the training calendar covering internal and external programs.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of stc learning programs, including employee, leadership, digital, functional, and future-skills initiatives.
- Research and recommend suitable training programs, certifications, providers, and development solutions based on identified employee and business needs.
- Coordinate training logistics, including nominations, registrations, venues, materials, trainers, communications, and other program requirements.
- Support the delivery of new-joiner induction and onboarding programs, including schedules, communications, materials, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate internship, and early-career programs, including student onboarding, placements, communication, progress tracking, and evaluations.
- Support selected stc programs targeting students, schools, employees’ families, and community participants.
- Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts, external training providers, universities, and other learning partners to ensure effective program delivery.
- Collect and analyze training feedback and evaluation results to measure participant satisfaction, learning effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate training and development records in HRIS and prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to participation, completion, costs, and program outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Talent Development policies, procedures, guidelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist the Talent Development Head in order to offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Organize and develop training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as hand-outs and visual materials.
- Assist in formulating and creating training plans which meet current and future needs through effective in-house training scheduling in accordance with the strategic goals
- Search and recommend training programs that match employee training needs.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:
