Job summary

stc Kuwait is seeking a qualified Organization Design & Manpower Planning Senior Specialist to lead structural assessments and data updates in the system. You will drive organizational design changes and manage job descriptions across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration and fluency in English and Arabic, with experience in reporting, workforce planning, and Oracle-based systems to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
• Experience with organizational design or manpower planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organizational structure across functional and positional levels.
• Support organization design changes in coordination with stakeholders and management.
• Manage job descriptions: update, evaluate, and analyze gaps.
• Monitor OD operations & compliance; ensure data accuracy and quality.
• System and documentation management: update Oracle and other systems, archive records.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis for manpower planning.
• Prepare organizational design documents and support projects and business requirements.
