Job summary

stc Kuwait is seeking a Talent Development Senior Specialist to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of learning programs that enhance employee capabilities and support new joiners and early-career talent.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to implement learning initiatives aligned with business needs, manage training calendars, evaluate outcomes, and maintain HRIS records while contributing to policy development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of training and development needs through feedback, surveys, and manager input.
• Assist in developing and implementing the annual training plan and maintain the training calendar.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs (employee, leadership, digital, functional, future-skills).
• Research and recommend suitable training programs, certifications, providers, and development solutions.
• Coordinate training logistics (nominations, registrations, venues, materials, trainers, communications).
• Support induction and onboarding programs, including schedules and communications.
• Coordinate internship and early-career programs including onboarding, placements, and evaluations.
• Coordinate programs targeting students, schools, and community participants.
• Collaborate with internal and external learning partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Collect training feedback and measure learning effectiveness; prepare reports and dashboards.
