Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Kuwait invites a Specialty Care Sales Partner to represent the SRD portfolio to clinicians and key accounts, driving adoption and market share. You will craft tailored solutions, schedule field activities, and align with the Sales Manager to meet country targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales, experience with pulmonology and rheumatology, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in specialty care & rare disease.
• Expertise in account-based customer engagement.
• Experience with specialists such as Pulmonologists and Rheumatologists.
• Experience with hospital tenders and formulary processes is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to maximize market share in assigned accounts.
• Promote SRD portfolio to existing and potential customers with tailored solutions.
• Schedule and conduct visits to key accounts and stakeholders to meet sales targets.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure sustainable growth.
