Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior HCP Adoption Sales Specialist to drive clinician engagement, prescriptions and CGM adoption in Kuwait. This field-based role emphasizes strong clinical relationships, clear product differentiation, and sustained sales performance under the guidance of the NPC Commercial Lead.

You will build trust with physicians, nurses and other HCPs, orchestrate territory coverage to meet targets, and participate in coaching and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related clinical field.
• 6–15 years of field-sales experience in clinical, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to build trust with HCPs and drive prescription behavior.

Responsibilities

• Engage with physicians, nurses and other HCPs to drive CGM prescriptions.
• Differentiate CGM products through compliant messaging.
• Meet sales targets in assigned territory via planned HCP coverage.
• Provide coaching and follow-up with the NPC Commercial Lead.
• Report HCP sentiment and competitive activity to inform strategy.
