• Bachelor's degree or MBA in relevant field.
• 5–6 years in partnership and innovation in corporate development.
• Experience in M&A in telecom or tech.
• 2–4 years in partner management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consultancy‑level presentations.
• Lead and develop inorganic growth opportunities.
• Perform financial valuation and IRR analyses.
• Screen and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Support M&A and partnerships from planning to execution.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies.
• Provide strategic analysis to inform board decisions.
