Job summary

Career Hunters is seeking a results-driven partnerships professional in Kuwait to identify and cultivate corporate, gym, and fitness partnerships. You will build a robust pipeline, engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, and connect with key decision-makers to present compelling propositions.

You will manage prospects from initial outreach through to onboarding, nurturing long-term relationships with corporate and fitness partners, tracking performance and opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or another client-facing commercial role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive approach to prospecting and generating new opportunities
• Strong follow-up skills and persistence
• Professional written and spoken English
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred
• Interest in food, health, wellness or fitness is an advantage
• Previous UAE experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop corporate, gym and fitness partnerships
• Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline
• Proactively approach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Connect with key decision-makers and present partnership propositions
• Manage prospects from initial outreach through agreement and onboarding
• Onboard and maintain relationships with corporate and fitness partners
• Track partnership performance, referrals and customer acquisition
• Identify new organisations and partnership opportunities
