• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Based in Kuwait.
• Valid driving license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients across various industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Training, and department leaders.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
• Promote the organization’s training, consulting, and professional development services.
• Follow up leads, opportunities, and submitted proposals.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, meetings, and opportunities.
• Represent the organization professionally in meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales, pipeline development, and business growth targets.
