Job summary

Deliveroo Kuwait is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring and onboarding top restaurant partners while expanding our local footprint. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to shape partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and build a data-led pipeline with the Commercial team.

You’ll need at least 2 years in sales, fluency in Arabic and English, and a proactive, self-starting approach to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales with proven negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Deep knowledge of Kuwait's restaurant landscape.
• Self-starter with the drive to hit monthly targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Restaurant Acquisition: Prospect and pitch new restaurants to close deals and meet activity targets.
• Pipeline Ownership: Manage lead portfolio and sales cycle to ensure high conversion rates.
• Process Strategy: Improve inside sales workflows to stay fast and effective.
• Commercial Initiatives: Support strategic projects and cross-functional collaborations.
• Market Insight: Identify trends and high-potential partners for the platform.
