Job summary

stc Group is seeking an Oracle Sales Account Manager in Kuwait to lead new client acquisition and manage existing accounts, driving growth and revenue. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored technology solutions that align with the organization's strategy.

You will build executive-level relationships, present and negotiate proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior sales members as needed to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, preferably in the Telecommunication, Technology or ICT industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client acquisition and manage existing accounts to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships while identifying business needs and proposing tailored technology solutions.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer solutions.
• Mentor junior sales team members and support additional business needs as assigned by management.
