Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, or another life sciences discipline.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, account management, and customer relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
• Understand customer needs, identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
• Present and promote Medica’s products and solutions, communicate their value effectively, and close sales to achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to strengthen relationships, maximize account potential, and drive sales growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, product updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales action plans.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit monthly reports on sales results, business opportunities, and potential risks.
• Coordinate with the National Sales Manager and relevant internal teams to support demand planning, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments in coordination with the Finance team.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
