Job summary

Baker Hughes in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain seeks a Lead Channel Sales Specialist to grow Artificial Lift markets. You will develop market strategies, drive sales growth and build relationships with service companies, partners and end users.

You will manage sales and technical support for Zenith products, achieve quotas, negotiate local deals and coordinate multiple projects across the MENATI region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5 years in sales of Artificial Lift Equipment.
• Minimum 3 years in channel sales.
• Experience with Zenith products preferred.
• Technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
• Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Able to influence others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Handling the Sales and Technical support of Zenith products.
• Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of the ODS team.
• Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory.
• Handling diverse clients in the MENATI region.
