Job summary

Baker Hughes in Kuwait is seeking a Lead Channel Sales Specialist for Artificial Lift (On Demand Solutions). You will develop market strategies and drive sales growth across Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, partnering with service companies, end users and regional partners.

You will coordinate multiple projects, provide Zenith product technical support, and help shape pricing while expanding the MENATI client base through strong negotiation and relationship development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5 years of experience in Sales of Artificial Lift Equipment.
• Minimum 3 years in channel sales.
• Experience with Zenith products preferred.
• Technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
• Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
• Able to influence others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Handling the Sales and Technical support of Zenith products.
• Achieving and exceeding sales quotas and team goals.
• Contributing to pricing frameworks and negotiating local deals.
• Handling diverse clients in the MENATI region.
