Job summary

Pace in Kuwait City is looking for a Bid Manager to oversee the entire bid life cycle, managing processes from RFP through to submission. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of substantial experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction sectors, preferably in a Consultancy with recent Middle East exposure.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and technical knowledge of design processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Bid Management, ideally in Architectural, Engineering, Construction.
• Experience in a Consultancy with relevant Middle East experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of the bid life cycle from RFP to submission.
• Lead the proposal handover to Operations and support Project Management.
• Ensure visual clarity and financial robustness in bids.
• Review and address requirements and market rates.
