Job summary

Work standard is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a full-time position in Hawalli, Kuwait. You will oversee construction projects from planning to completion, lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and manage budgets and schedules to meet client expectations.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in construction management, fluent English (Arabic a plus), and a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).

Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Manage teams of workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.
