Pace | Architecture, Engineering + Planning is seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator / BIM Manager to lead BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery across Infrastructure projects from Kuwait. You will drive ISO 19650 compliance, manage CDE, and coordinate with IT and design teams.

This role requires a decade of BIM leadership, expertise with Autodesk tools, and a vision for automation and data integration to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in infrastructure BIM management.
• Experience with ISO 19650 and BS/PAS 1192 standards.
• Knowledge of COBie/IFC data exchange and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and templates aligned with ISO 19650.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings; define roles and milestones for projects.
• Oversee CDE, model health checks, clash detection, and issue management.
• Coordinate automation routines to improve productivity while maintaining quality.
• Provide BIM orientation for new hires and ongoing staff training.
