Job summary

Snoonu in Kuwait is hiring an Account Manager – Restaurants to own a growing portfolio of restaurant partners on our platform. You will build long-term relationships, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities to grow partner business.

The role emphasizes a consultative, data-driven approach, strong communication, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver revenue growth and partner success across Kuwait.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or partner roles.
• Experience with restaurants, F&B, delivery, or e‑commerce preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify revenue opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset for metrics to recommendations.
• Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage many accounts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across Kuwait.
• Build strong relationships and be the primary contact for partners.
• Monitor orders, GMV, conversion, ratings, and engagement metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities and work with partners to improve performance.
• Plan promotions, menu updates, and other initiatives to drive sales.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and increase partner investment on Snoonu.
• Resolve partner issues, escalations, and operational challenges promptly.
• Conduct regular business reviews aligning on targets and growth.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and use of Snoonu's commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Support teams.
• Stay updated on Kuwait F&B market and competitor trends.
