Job summary

e-Portal is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain advanced network security and cybersecurity solutions across diverse client environments.

You will ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and L3 troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and safeguard mission critical systems by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross functional teams, they integrate security seamlessly into broader architectures and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or Info Security.
• 5–7 years of relevant security experience.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain advanced network security and cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint protection).
• Ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, L3 troubleshooting, and timely ticket resolution.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, risk analysis, and incident response to identify and mitigate threats.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions and deliver projects on time and budget.
• Develop security policies and compliance frameworks, maintain documentation, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
