• Mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation, and contribute to technology planning aligned with business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible designing, implementing, and supporting computing infrastructures across multiple customer environments. This includes servers, storage, hypervisors, operating systems, cloud platforms, backup solutions, and hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI) and ensures SLA compliance through preventive maintenance, proactive monitoring, and advanced L3 troubleshooting by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams, they deliver seamless integration and reliable performance.
