Job summary

Worley in Ahmadi, Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Program (KERP). You will lead contaminated-land remediation projects, oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality, and coordinate with clients and contractors in a complex oil and gas environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in oil & gas and in a similar PM role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years total experience in project management and related industries.
• Minimum 5 years in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical industries.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar Project Management role.
• Project-management experience delivering contaminated-land or contaminated-soil remediation projects.
• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management, coordination, and oversight of remediation projects.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies for remediation areas and work packages.
• Oversee site characterization, excavation, treatment, containment, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with client, contractors, and field operations to ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence.
• Provide accurate reporting on status, remediation quantities, costs, risks, and forecast outcomes.
