Job summary

Worley Kuwait is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across FEED, EPC phases, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery for oil & gas projects in Ahmadi. You will manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and drive HSE performance in a high‑stakes environment.

The role reports to the Operations Director and requires strong governance, communication skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects within a PMC framework across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience post graduate studies.
• Experience delivering projects within Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical industries; PMC environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments.
• Balance safety, quality, cost and schedule priorities.
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, contractor performance and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with project management plans, governance and audit trails.
• Provide accurate reporting to project leadership and clients.
