• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and system administration.
• Proven experience with port/terminal or maritime tech systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Hands-on SCADA and industrial control systems experience.
• Proficiency with virtualization platforms and cloud technologies.
• Experience with system monitoring and management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure for port and terminal operations (servers, networks, storage).
• Monitor system performance to maximize uptime and efficiency of critical components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to port operations systems, including SCADA.
