Minimum 1–2 years in waiter or guest service, a hospitality diploma preferred, and good English communication are required. Accommodation and transportation are provided; willingness to work shifts and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of waiter/server/guest service experience.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or F&B Service preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and food & beverage service.
• Strong guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements and make a positive first impression.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Serve food, beverages and desserts promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and presentation throughout operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth service.
• Process bills and payments following company procedures.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety and service standards at all times.
