Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Guest Service Associate, Waiter, Steward, Server, or in a customer-facing F&B role.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-oriented approach.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and confidence in interacting with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining service standards.
• Full-length photograph along with height and weight details must be provided as part of the application.
• Age: Maximum 30 years.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Serve food, beverages, and desserts promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout operations.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Process bills and payments accurately while following company procedures.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times.
