Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is hiring an experienced Guest Service Associate (Waiter) for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve, and ensure high service standards.

Requirements include 1–2 years in waiter/guest service, Diploma in Hospitality preferred, good English, basic POS knowledge, and readiness to work shifts. Gulf or international restaurant experience is advantageous; age limit 28.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests is essential.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements and create a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food, beverages and desserts promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Process bills and payments accurately following company procedures.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety and service standards at all times.
