Job summary

Alghanim Industries in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Sales Executive – B2B to drive revenue by penetrating architect, consultant, and contractor markets for Safat Home’s tiles, sanitary ware, and furniture in large-scale projects. You will lead the full sales cycle, build a strong Kuwait/GCC network, coordinate with delivery teams, and provide market insights to keep Safat Home competitive.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with 10+ years of project sales in building materials, and a Kuwait driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven project sales experience in building materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong network of Architects, Consultants, Contractors in Kuwait/GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid Kuwait driving license and Transferable Visa (Article 18).

Responsibilities

• Target architects and consultants to specify Safat Home products in tenders.
• Identify upcoming commercial and residential Kuwait/GCC projects.
• Expand network with contractors, site engineers, developers for direct sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in terms of volume, value, and margins.
• Lead full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
• Provide market feedback to Category and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Installation to meet timelines.
• Stay updated on product availability and promotions.
• Follow up on sales orders and payment terms.
• Analyze sales results and report to B2B Manager.
