• Basic knowledge of safety, security and fire procedures.

• Physically fit to stand and patrol for long periods.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• High integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of all hotel areas as per assigned schedule.
• Monitor CCTV and report irregularities promptly.
• Check and secure all access points, doors and exits.
• Verify staff and guest identification before granting access.
• Maintain a visible presence in lobby and key areas.
• Assist guests with directions and basic inquiries.
• Record incidents in the daily security logbook.
• Perform routine checks on fire safety equipment.
• Respond to alarms or emergencies quickly and effectively.
• Support crowd control during events and peak hours.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering on security matters.
• Conduct locker room, cafeteria and accommodation checks per policy.
• Handle and control keys, passes and security equipment properly.
• Follow handover procedures at start and end of each shift.
