Job summary

Kimpton is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms, ensuring each stay feels like home.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to brand standards, restocking amenities, and coordinating with front office and engineering to ensure seamless service. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; flexibility with shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Keen eye for detail, cleanliness, and organization.
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand standards (beds made, linens changed, dusting, vacuuming, amenities replenished).
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for guest arrival on time.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisor promptly.
• Restock trolleys and housekeeping supplies at end of shift.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care and integrity.
• Assist with deep cleaning or public area cleaning as required.
• Coordinate with front office and engineering teams to ensure seamless service.
