Job summary

Kimpton Kuwait is seeking a professional hotel driver to provide safe, courteous guest transportation to and from the airport and selected destinations. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure timely arrivals with well-maintained vehicles.

Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to meet transportation needs, follow Kuwait traffic laws, and maintain privacy for VIPs. English communication is required, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Kuwait driving license and clean driving record.
• Experience as hotel driver or chauffeur preferred.
• English communication required; Arabic or additional languages an advantage.
• Ability to assist with guest luggage and provide courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for guests to and from the airport and other destinations.
• Monitor transfers to ensure timely guest pick-up and drop-off.
• Welcome arriving guests professionally and assist with luggage.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk and other departments on transportation needs.
• Maintain hotel vehicles in a clean, guest-ready condition and report defects immediately.
• Follow Kuwait traffic laws and hotel safety standards.
