Job summary

Four Seasons in Kuwait City seeks a security role to protect guests, associates, and property while enforcing hotel rules and safety standards. The position involves responding to emergencies, patrolling for hazards, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

The ideal candidate has strong English skills, a customer‑minded approach, and the ability to work under pressure in a luxury hotel environment. Kuwait work authorization and relocation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Works well in a team, multitasks, and handles pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist hotel team to protect guests, patrons and associates, and property by enforcing rules and standards.
• Promote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the hotel to reduce accidents and loss.
• Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls.
• Assist in the Fire Command center when needed.
• Complete knowledge of the fire/life system and all support systems, their functions and emergency procedures.
• Patrol building noting and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Able to walk/run up stairs carrying a fire extinguisher.
• Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency safety situation.
• Respond to and mediate all non-emergency security calls and related issues.

What you will do

• Assist hotel team with responsibility to ensure the protection of guests, patrons and associates; their property, hotel property, building and grounds. Enforce hotel rules, regulations and policies as well as the departments' rules, policies and standards.
• Promote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the hotel to reduce accidents and loss by providing training as required .
• Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls.
• A ssist in the Fire Command center when needed.
• C omplete knowledge of the fire/life System and all support systems, their functions and emergency response procedures.
• Patrol building noting and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Able to walk/run up stairs carrying a fire extinguisher.
• Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency safety situation.
• Respond to and mediate all non-emergency security calls, minor injuries, disputes, stressful, and complicated issues etc.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel .
• Strong command of English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent customer service , attention to details and communication skills.
• Works well in a team environment , ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
