Job summary

Four Seasons in Kuwait is seeking a courteous Restaurant Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and seat patrons promptly within a luxury hotel setting.

You will ensure clean, welcoming tables and assist with daily operations, providing menu knowledge and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments.
• Ensure restaurant, tables, and menus are clean, properly set, and guest-ready before each shift.
• Maintain station charts, cover counts, and assist with guest preferences using the reservation system.
• Provide menu knowledge, handle inquiries, and address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with food & beverage service when required and support colleagues in daily operations.
