Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect in Kuwait seeks a seasoned Restaurant Manager for a seasonal role in Al Ahmadi. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure service excellence, and uphold safety and hygiene standards. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The position is a 12-pass job with a monthly salary of $1200 in Al Ahmadi. Accommodation is not provided, and applicants from African countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth service.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and maintain repeat business.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
