Job summary

FreshStart UAE is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Al Ahmadi, Kuwait location. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with kitchen staff, manage inventory, and drive profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant managerial experience, a hospitality degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and ability to analyze financial reports.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Ensure that all food preparation meets health and safety regulations.
