SnapReach Media is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine outlet in Bayan. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure high service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining financial performance.

The ideal candidate has proven restaurant management experience in Indian cuisine, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. A Hotel Management degree is preferred; accommodation and visa support are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on management approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Good knowledge of food safety standards.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff
