The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of spices and cooking techniques, and excellent English communication. Accommodation is provided with a full‑time, 6‑day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create new dishes while also following traditional recipes accurately.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

We are a well‑established restaurant in Bayan, seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to our menu
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards

Requirements

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus accommodation. This is a full‑time position with 6 days working week.
