Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is seeking a Reservation Agent to support the Reservations Department within the Rooms Division and uphold Hyatterence standards. The role focuses on efficient daily operations and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or tourism qualification, at least two years of hotel operations experience, strong problem-solving and administrative skills, and native-level Arabic language ability. On-site Kuwait City location.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Native level Arabic skills required.
