Job summary

Mployedin in Kuwait is seeking a proactive QHSE Specialist to implement and maintain QHSE management systems across projects and sites. You will conduct internal audits, assess risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in Facility Management, Construction or similar, with IOSH/NEBOSH advantageous. You will coordinate with site teams and support external audits and certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years’ QHSE experience in facilities, construction, MEP or related industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards with certifications a plus.
• IEL/OSH NEBOSH or IOSH certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QHSE management systems at projects/sites.
• Conduct internal QHSE audits and compliance inspections.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Prepare QHSE procedures, reports and records.
• Support external audits and certification requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and review control measures.
• Investigate incidents/non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site/project teams to improve QHSE performance.
