Job summary

Confidential Company in Kuwait seeks an Environmental Supervisor to oversee regulatory compliance, minimize environmental impact, and drive safety programs across refinery and oil & gas construction sites.

Responsibilities include audits, EMS development, incident investigations, and reporting. The role requires NEBOSH certification, 5–7 years of experience, and strong communication and computer skills to prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports. ISO 14001/45001 knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering/Science with environmental focus.
• NEBOSH certified.
• Safety course completed (Safety Diploma).
• 5–7 years in Environment, refineries/O&G construction as Environmental Supervisor.
• Good communication skills and computer literacy for weekly/monthly HSE reports.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with environmental regulations permits and company policies minimizing environmental impact.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
• Develop and implement EMS programs to improve sustainability and reduce waste.
• Investigate environmental incidents, spills and releases, determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
