Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a qualified Health and Safety professional based in Kuwait to lead safety initiatives across operations. You will conduct comprehensive audits, design role-specific training, and drive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

This role requires strong knowledge of regulatory standards and risk management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in OHS or related fields, at least 5 years in safety, and relevant certifications (NEBOSH/IOSH).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a safety role.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification highly desirable.
• Proficient in safety management software and incident tracking tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement safety training programs tailored to various roles within the organization.
• Investigate accidents and near misses with thorough reports and actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures and adjust as needed to improve workplace safety.
