Job summary

Alghanim Industries is seeking a project lead to drive low voltage and ICT initiatives, ensuring QA/QC compliance from inception to handover. You will provide presales technical support, review proposals, and supervise site activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and meticulous attention to safety and quality standards on multi-system deployments.

• Experience managing low voltage/ICT projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical & commercial proposals for tenders and company projects.
• Manage QA/QC activities, including SAT, FAT, ITP, NCR, and punch list closure.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of low voltage systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Public Address & Voice Evacuation, Audio Visual systems, and BMS (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell).
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Attend clarification meetings with clients and follow up on approvals.
• Prepare site reports, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage handover documentation and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated with market requirements and general specifications.
