Job summary

JTC in Kuwait is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the team responsible for maintenance across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and civil works, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will organize planned maintenance, manage budgets and procurement, and liaise with clients and vendors while supervising staff and external contractors. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in cost control and reporting are essential.

• Experience in facilities management operations and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams across HVAC/Fire, electrical, mechanical, MHE, and civil works.
• Monitor parts supplies and equipment; manage procurement and storage using barcode systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare technical proposals and project status reports; manage budgets and costing.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of the team that is responsible for the maintenance of HVAC / Fire Fighting / electrical/ Mechanical / MHE’s / Civil works
• Monitor and control parts supplies and equipment as required
• Assist the technical team in analyzing and solving problems
• Organize planned preventive and corrective maintenance of all trades
• Monitor all work activities and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, etc
• Coordinate with team, follow up and respond to the emails.
• Prepare all necessary documents and statement, technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works
• Submit update schedules of project status, etc.
• Prepare report related to the project status.
• Manage budgeting and costing for each specific facilities management function.
• Create and manage a system for material procurement, storage, and dispatch based on bar code scanning and software
• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors
