Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in industrial, civil or mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO requirements for construction processes and QC.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Review and approve quality documents such as ITPs and procedures.
• Perform ISO Lead Audits and site quality inspections.
• Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare management reports.
• Provide QA guidance and training to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify material and workmanship compliance with project specifications

Non-Conformance Management

• Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective/preventive actions
• Follow up and close out quality issues effectively

Reporting & Support

• Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management
• Provide QA guidance and training to project teams

Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of QA experience in industrial/civil/mechanical construction

Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO requirements, construction processes & quality control

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred
