Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• 1-3 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate partners and identify weaknesses.
• Identify training needs according to business needs.
• Plan and implement training programs that prepare partners for success on talabat.
• Build daily/weekly/monthly training programs.
• Present and understand all training requirements.
• Oversee partner attendance and performance.
• Track partner success and progress.
• Prepare and deliver training courses.
• Showcase KPIs to monitor in the future.
• Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.
