Job summary

Talabat in Kuwait is seeking a Coordinator Partner Operations - Logistics to drive partner training programs and ensure effective adoption of logistics processes. You will design and implement training initiatives, coordinate delivery, and monitor outcomes with a focus on performance improvements.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop material, track KPIs, and report on program effectiveness while ensuring timely communication and stakeholder participation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• Experience designing training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Strong decision making and organizational skills.
