Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Experience with POS or inventory/ F&B management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor food cost, expenses and profitability; manage budgets and wastage.
• Supervise F&B managers, supervisors and staff; conduct training and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations and SOPs.
• Support sales, marketing, promotions and business development activities.
• Conduct outlet inspections and implement corrective actions.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage F & B division. The role ensures efficient operations, high-quality service, customer satisfaction, staff performance, cost control and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily F & B operations across all outlets
• Monitor food cost, operational expenses and profitability
• Manage and supervise F & B managers, supervisors and operational staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene and cleanliness
• Monitor sales, revenue, costs and operational performance
• Manage food, beverage labor and operating expenses
• Control inventory, purchasing, stock levels and wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations
• Support sales, marketing, promotions and business-development activities
• Conduct regular outlet site inspections and follow up on corrective actions
• Ensure company policies and F & B standards are consistently implemented
• Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage teams training, performance evaluation and operational improvements
