Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; one-year related experience may substitute for education.
• GCSS‑A Certification preferred; if not, complete training within 90 days of start.
• CAC eligibility and/or ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Experience with GCSS‑Army, DLA programs, and data-entry in supply systems.

Responsibilities

• Screen and validate acquisitions across the LCV KU TO.
• Submit acquisitions and track orders in Maximo, IFS, and GCSS‑A.
• Coordinate, reconcile, and expedite materiel acquisitions.
• Access DLA Logistics systems to track shipments.
• Perform receipt transactions and process supplier invoices.
• Maintain records and prepare reports per governing rules.
