Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Kuwait City, Kuwait is seeking an Ammunition Manager Assistant for an on-site, full-time role. The position supports U.S. Army ammunition management across USCENTCOM, with emphasis on stockpile control and theater objectives.

The role requires extensive experience in ammunition management, SAAS/TAMIS systems, and related processes, along with a U.S. passport and SECRET clearance. Expect duties including reporting, analysis, and coordination on shipments.

Qualifications

• Five years of Theater/Operational level Conventional Ammunition Management experience.
• Ten years of technical experience with ammunition management and theater distribution.
• Knowledge of SAAS, TAMIS, MHP, NLAC and related systems.
• US Passport with at least two years remaining; DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist U.S. Government with supply, inventory, and stockpile management for all U.S. Army ammunition stocks in USCENTCOM, including storage levels and theater stockage objectives.
• Provide asset visibility and reporting using ammunition management systems; identify shortages and recommend resupply actions.
• Track ammunition shipments by air, ground, and sea within the theater and deliver stock level analyses via Excel and PowerPoint.
